UNICEF Interview with Professor Frank Oberklaid

Professor Frank Oberklaid is the Director of the Centre for Community Child Health at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
He participated in a conference in Bulgaria dedicated to the benefits of home visiting programs. The renowned researcher and pediatrician gave an interview for UNICEF Bulgaria regarding the importance of early childhood development.
