Make the Invisible Visible

Make the Invisible Visible

UNICEF Bulgaria launched a long-term campaign urging louder voices and urgent action to fight violence against children “Make the Invisible Visible. Help us make violence against children disappear!” The campaign is supported by Mrs. Kristalina Georgieva – European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response and Mrs. Eva Jecheva – Chairman of State Agency for Child Protection.

The campaign was inaugurated by a strong video spot that showed Mrs. Georgieva as the leading ambassador of the initiative. “Just because you can’t see violence against children doesn’t mean it isn’t there! Make the invisible visible. Help us make violence against children disappear!” says the European Commissioner.

Child protection is a leading part of UNICEF`s work. The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child understates that every child in the world has the right of protection from all kinds of violence.
